Step 1 – Raw Bile Selection

Fresh bile sample collection from each drum before processing and stored under controlled conditions to maintain its natural quality.
Step 2 – Concentration to Bile Paste

The bile water is carefully concentrated to form bile paste, ensuring the right thickness, color, and consistency.
Step 3 – Laboratory Sample Testing

Small samples are taken for laboratory testing to check purity and composition before moving to large-scale processing.
Step 4 – Quality Verification & Stability Check

Each sample undergoes stability and quality checks to ensure uniformity across batches.
Step 5 – Controlled Processing in Bile Reactor

The bile paste is processed in a stainless steel reactor with controlled temperature and mixing to maintain product quality.
Step 6 – Steam-Assisted Heating

A modern steam boiler provides uniform heat, supporting safe and efficient processing without damaging active components.
Step 7 – In-House HPLC Quality Testing

Final quality testing is done using advanced HPLC analysis to ensure purity, consistency, and compliance with standards.
Step 8 – Finished Material Storage

After approval, the bile paste is packed into sealed drums and stored as finished material, ready for dispatch.
